Go Adam Cunningham! It’s so much fun to watch his progress on The Voice!! I love the show anyway, but all the more when I get to watch and listen to a guy that has graced 3 of my songs with his incredible talent! Blake Shelton’s loss is most definitely Adam Levine’s gain!
I remember very well watching Adam come into The 515 studio in Nashville to lay his vocal tracks down on a song that my buddy Dan Keseloff and I had written titled IF I HAD NEVER MET YOU. Dan and I had been asked to write the song for a book project by best selling author Kristen Proby titled, LISTEN TO ME. Adam had already sung on one a few months earlier for us, and this song was screaming for his raspy, power-house voice. As he applied his texture and power to IF I HAD NEVER MET YOU, I just sat back in awe. Yeah, oh yeah!
So tonight, I’m going to sit back, and once again watch a consummate pro do what he was meant to do. Best to you Adam Cunningham, you could win this!
